Cancellation Policy
I ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You are welcome to email, call or leave a voicemail within that 24 hour window; it is not necessary that you speak with me directly. It is my policy to charge my full fee for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. It is important to remember that if you are going through your insurance, they will not pay this fee.
